The Bergrivier Alumni from Wellington, a non-profitable organisation, is hosting a Women’s Empowering event on 2 July from 15:00 to 18:00 at the town hall in Wellington.
The event is especially for women and will be free of charge. On the day the inspirational women speakers Tracey Lange and Thuli Madonsela along with other women of the community will address the guests. There will also be a few artists that will be providing entertainment like Anslin Gysman, Mujahid George and Loukmaan Adams.
The event is about inspiring, empowering and motivating women to stand tall against all odds and to be proud of who they are. It is also a time to reflect on their lives and see what they can do to improve themselves in becoming better women.
