The Cape Winelands Karate Club invited Karel Dampies, Cansa volunteer and ambassador, who lost family members and friends to cancer, for a motivational talk about Cansa services and how to become involved. They had a wonderful morning. Women’s Month was celebrated and women could also ask questions after a competition for the karate students.Thanks to the organisers.
