As part of National Disability Rights Awareness Month last year, members of Wellington Bowls hosted a group of keen visitors from Sunfield Home at the bowling club. The guests from Sunfield Home were shown bowling techniques and were allowed to participate in games on the green. The organiser, Zosia Greaves said she was very impressed with the group’s sporting competitiveness and their ability to grasp the essentials of the game. Lunch was served after the closely contested games, before they returned to Sunfield Home.Foto:
