False Bay Hospital requests the public’s help in identifying this male patient who goes under the name of Julius September. Known in the Simonstown area he was living on the streets of nearby Glencairn before his admission. He may possibly also have lived in the Paarl area. Hospital authorities wished to assist the patient with obtaining ID to access further services and appealed to the public to share any information that could assist in identifying him.
