The Wellington Junior Town Council (JTC) is a non-government organisation that represents the ambitions of the schoolgoing youth of Wellington to give them a mouthpiece in terms of citizenship matters.

The JTC consist of representatives from all the high schools in Wellington. It is an initiative aimed at youth leaders in the community to encourage them to develop their leadership skills. Their objective is to promote unity and cooperation within the community by getting involved in community projects with different cultures.

Members of the JTC take on various community projects through the year, often sacrificing holidays and weekends to use their time on these.

They are requesting donations from the public in order to assist them to make a huge success of their projects. A donation of any kind would kindly be accepted.

Please contact Charlton Williams (Junior Mayor) by 083 569 8956 or Niven Appollis (Junior Deputy Mayor) by 061 141 5098 with queries.
