Four students from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Bellville enrolled for advanced diplomas in operations management chose to help The Haven Night Shelter in Paarl as part of a project management task they have to complete. The students got donations from various businesses in the form of sponsored items as well as workers who volunteered on the day. Saturday they planted a vegetable garden, put up a new laundry line, repainted two rooms and replaced a damaged ceiling.
