I would like to know why the street lights on the Wemmershoek (Parys) Road and Cecilia Street, all the way to Food Lovers Market, are permanently not working.
These two roads are especially busy and, due to the Southern Paarl developments, have become crucial ones in Paarl.
But at night it is extremely dangerous here because none of the street lights are working.
And that while in certain areas the street lights burn constantly in the daytime?
Surely this is not a very good impression of a town that is supposed to be one of the best in the country?
