The municipality puts cameras up to catch speeding offenders, but it does not rely on the honesty of a driver to submit a “speed sheet” for fines.

Yet – the Municipality is okay with Portland Cement submitting a dust sheet that might leave out, or fail to admit to excess dust on occasion.

I would still like someone please to confirm the legal distance from the industrial area to the residential area; I have requested this information, without any success.

The noise is not the issue, but knowing these levels of cement is being breathed in by residents, their children and infants is unacceptable.

This surely cannot be healthy? And cement-dust damage on the lungs is irreversible. The municipality’s seemingly passive stance on this is quite disappointing, to say the least.
