The focus will be on Titans Kick-boxing Academy in Synagogue Street, Paarl, this week when the Cape Winelands Kick-boxing Championships takes place on 21 October. Teams from across the Winelands will be showcasing their kick-boxing talents at the event. Weigh-ins and medicals start at 08:00 and the fights at 10:00. Entrance for spectators is R150.
