The South African National Zakaah Fund (Sanzaf) gave a group of children from Al-Azhar Institute of Paarl a back-to-school treat just before the schools reopened recently. They were taken to Cape Town where they were treated to a healthy breakfast and a scrumptious lunch. The girls had their hair washed and blow dried at a hairdresser, while the boys had a haircut. Afterwards all of them received a goodie bag filled with school stationary. Seen here with the children at the back from left to right is Rashieda Hendrickse (Sanzaf – Paarl), Ghayrieyah Fredericks (volunteer) and Shamielah Samaai (Sanzaf – Paarl).
