Well known Franschhoek businessman Ludwig Maske of La Cotte Wine Sales was honoured for his contribution in the promotion of French Champagne in South Africa on Saturday evening when he received a Ordere des Coteaux de Champagne award. The lavish gala dinner took place at the Norval Institute in Cape Town. The Order of Champagne or in French, L’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne is a fraternity of Champagne lovers around the world.
