The Rotary Club of Paarl sponsored 164 pairs of spectacles for learners of New Orleans Secondary who were on the waiting list for glasses at the Department of Health. Here David Savel, dispenser of Eyesave opticians, checks the fit of Candice Crown’s new spectacles.
