La Rochelle Girls’ High School excelled recently at the Equestrian Inter-Schools Dressage and Prix Caprilli competition held at Evergreen Stables.
Teams from eight schools participated with La Rochelle finishing first in the Novice and Open Dressage classes, second in the Pre-Novice, Novice and Open Dressage classes, first in the Novice and Open Prix Caprilli event, second in the Novice and third in the Pre-Novice and Open Prix Caprilli event. Along with the team results were numerous outstanding individual results.
The Overall result of the competition was as follows:
First — La Rochelle Girls’ High School- 64 points
Second — Bridge House – 32 points
Third — Paarl Girls’ High School – 13 points
4th — Courtrai Primary – 4 points
The Inter-schools show jumping competition will take place in November.
