The Cape Winelands Kickboxing Association, in partnership with Titans Sports Academy and Powers MMA, proudly announced the continued success of its Bully-Buster Campaign. Since its launch more than a year ago, this impactful initiative has reached various schools, church groups and community-based organisations, including the Drakenstein Municipality, ACVV Paarl Vallei and Saps Paarl.
The Bully-Buster Campaign empowers participants with essential self-defence skills, situational awareness, basic kickboxing techniques, and engaging activities, all aimed at building silent confidence and resilience in both children and adults.
“Our mission is to provide effective tools for self-protection while fostering a sense of empowerment and confidence,” said Garine de Wet. “The programme is offered voluntarily and operates throughout the year, ensuring ongoing support for our community.”
