This year Harmonie, a faith-based group, hosted its annual Junior Town Council (JTC) leadership seminar at the picturesque L’Atrium at Grande Roche on 8 October. The 2020 and 2021 leaders of Paarl JTC and Wellington JTC engaged in a guided conversation about five levels of leadership, and enjoyed a good meal and fellowship afterwards.
