The Tech Expo Innovator event is a one-day networking event and a beneficial platform for anyone in IT, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
It encourages young students to be creative and come up with new and innovative ideas that can be used in the commercial world.
Live presentations will be shown and attendants will have a chance to recruit the top electrical, mechanical and computer science students in South Africa.
Prizes will be given for the winners of the over-all best innovative project.
The top IT, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, honours and masters students from universities in three different provinces – KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Gauteng will present their original projects and innovative ideas and findings to the top IT, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering firms.
The Tech Expo Innovators event will take place on Tuesday 24 November from 09:00-16:00 at The Belmont Square Conference Centre in Rondebosch. Presentations will be done by UCT, CPUT, UWC and Stellenbosch University.
Twenty other innovative ideas are taken on board per expo. Anyone who wishes to present their project/idea, can forward it to innovation@techexpo-africa.com and purchase a R30 ticket.
