Dental outreaches are currently underway by the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness within the Cape Winelands.
These are the department’s way of bringing essential dental care, especially free tooth extractions, closer to communities with their dental bus.
From 11 to 13 November the dental bus will visit the Gouda Clinic for extractions and, from 17 to 21 November, the Saron Clinic.
The service was open to all community members with no cost. Children under age 18 should be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
The dental bus will be operational from 09:00 to 14:00.
