At least 40% of learners drop out of schools before reaching Grade 12 in South Africa, says Khula Development Group. In addressing this issue Khula Development Group presented Basic Training in Preventing School Drop-out to more than 100 primary-school teachers and ECD practitioners in the Cape Winelands area. This forms part of The Tracking Children Project, a collaboration among the Khula Development Group, Inceba Trust and Western Cape Education Department.
