The chef Nizel Fisher and winemaker Praisy Dlamini from Wellington recently decided to collaborate. Fisher is the owner of Gourmet Construction Chefs and Dlamini is the producer of Her Wine Collection. Together they held a one of her kind pop-up eatery at the Old Tannery Event Hall in Wellington, serving Fisher’s food and Dlamini’s wine.
