Each year Global Spotlight Talent Search honours Drakenstein’s legends and honorary artists within the community. This is to inform, educate and inspire the next generation of artists to know our rich history and to be aware that great people walked the path before them. This is to give recognition to people who have been a part of the arts and cultural landscape of the Boland for decades. The honorary recipients this year were Boyband Blac Suga and the legendary award went to choir director/music educator Caren Bosman.
