The Paarl Junior Town Council (JTC) held its annual inauguration ceremony on Wednesday 26 October, launching a year of service ahead for a new crop of junior councillors, with Lynden Jafta of PaarlFM far left and Speaker of Drakenstein Municipal Council Koos le Roux far right.
